TERMS & CONDITIONS
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy and verification of your order. You must enter the correct shipping address and shipping instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Burnt Orange Boutique is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
Only selected products are available for Pre-Order. The estimated delivery time frame will be noted in the description of each Pre-Order product. Please ensure to familiarise yourself with the following Pre-Order terms before completing your purchase:
– All Pre-Order orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled prior to shipment and as a result our General Returns Policy applies to all Pre-orders
– At the time of purchase, you will be required to pay the full RRP to secure your Pre-Order
– Due to the nature of Pre-Order transactions please expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product & actual delivery of the product. Delivery dates are subject to change & our customer care team will be in touch via email should there be unexpected delays.
In the case that multiple items have been ordered along with the Pre-Order item, your Pre-Order item will be shipped separately once it arrives.
All prices quoted on www.burntorangeboutique.com.au are viewed in the currency selected and all prices at the checkout are shown in AUD and include GST. Once you have processed your order the amount will automatically convert according to the current exchange rates and will deduct that from your bank account.
The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on our website from time to time and without notice to you.
Burnt Orange Boutique accepts payment via credit card,debit (Visa/MasterCard), Afterpay and PayPal. After you make payment for your order you will receive an automated order confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your purchase, which confirms the details of your order. Depending on your email security settings, this email can be sent to your JUNK or SPAM inbox. In the event that you have not recieved your order confirmation email please email email@example.com.
When purchasing a Burnt Orange Boutique gift voucher please note that once the voucher has been purchased, the recipient will receive the automated gift voucher email (as per voucher preview) immediately after the transaction has been finalised at the checkout to the specified recipient email address. The sender will receive an order confirmation email confirming the purchase of the gift voucher. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or a refund. Please note that dependent on email security settings of the recipient or sender, either automated email may be sent to their JUNK or SPAM inbox. If by chance, that either the recipient or sender has not received their automated email please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Burnt Orange Boutique does not automatically store your credit card details at any time of your purchase. If the customer puts forth credit card details via email or phone, we will not store these details. PROCESSING OF ORDERS Burnt Orange Boutique processes orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in New South Wales, Australia. Orders placed on a business day before 1.30pm (NSW time) are shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be sent the next business day. You can expect to receive a seperate automated email from Australia Post or Startrack with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our office. SHIPPING Within Australia: Shipping will be via Australia Post Express & Startrack. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 1-5 business days (depending on location). If you have not received your ordered items within this timeframe, please email us at email@example.com with your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf. In the event that your package is required to be redispatched (due to reasons associated to customer fault) a redispatch fee will incur. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Burnt Orange Boutique may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you immediately should this occur. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email to email@example.com and we will be more than happy to do so, should your order not be completed or dispatched.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the missing products code or product name, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Any return of products to Burnt Orange Boutique by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy. All returned international orders (General or Faulty returns) will be at the customers expense. Due to Burtn Orange Boutique level of facilitation, reimbursement for returned shipping (faulty goods only) will only be recompensated with a Gift Voucher for the value of the returned shipping costs. Please note that shipping reimbursement will only granted providing that customer includes shipping reciept (highlighting shipping cost) with returned goods.
Listed prices on Burnt Orange Boutique are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, in the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, Burnt Orange Boutique has the right to decline the sale of the item at the inaccurate value. After placing your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. This email confirmation does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Burnt Orange Boutique. In addition, Burnt Orange Boutique reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customers’ credit card, Burnt Orange Boutique will issue a refund to the customer of the same amount within 7 business days. Burnt Orange Boutique reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described there in anytime without notice. Burnt Orange Boutique reserves the right to proceed with verification processing of a transction iin question prior to sending anorder – this verification process will entail required specific information confirming the authorised access to this account. Burnt Orange Boutiquedoes not request personal information or details of a persons identity or bank account details. Should this verfication be failed or customer not compy with this verification process, Burnt Orange Boutique reserves the right to cancel and refund this order and the customer may be at risk from eligibility to shop at Burnt Orange Boutique in future.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard debit and credit card payments Afterpay and PayPal. If you are having difficulty checking out, please email email@example.com and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please note that Afterpay is only available to Australian customers and that if an order is placed with an e-cheque via PayPal, your order will not be processed until payment has been cleared-which can take up to 5 business days.
All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please refer to your most reliable currency exchange rate source to find the conversion rate of your currency.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
Store credits do not have an expiration date. Store credits will be issued via email and in the form of a code . Your store credit can be used for all products on the website and can be used over several transactions within the time limit.
INVALID & FAULTY ORDERS
In the event of an ‘Invalid’ or ‘Faulty’ order, please note that once a customer accepts to be reimbursed with a store credit, change of mind to be reimbursed with a refund will not be accepted once the store credit has been processed. Should an ‘Invalid’ or ‘Faulty’ order be originally purchased with a gift voucher, the customer will only be reimbursed with an online credit.
